On January 27, 2026, a delegation comprising Mr. Zhang Hao, Head of the Standards Expert Group at the National Health Commission (NHC) Research Institute; Mr. Li Qiankun, Division Director at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC); and Dr. Jiang Chengyin, Master of Peking University Health Science Center and Chief Attending Physician of the Senior Minimally Invasive Plastic Surgery Department, visited Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange. Mr. Huang Bisheng, Chairman of the Group; Ms. Zhu Youwu, Group Chief Administrative Officer; and Mr. Jiao Mingming, General Manager of Tianyuan Biotech, led their team in warmly receiving the distinguished guests. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technological innovation in biomedicine, industry standard development, and the future trajectory of the comprehensive health industry.

The leaders and experts first toured the Tianyuan Biotech Science and Technology Exhibition Hall. Through detailed visual displays, they gained deep insights into the company’s research accumulation in the biomedical field—from fundamental theoretical innovation to the translation of technological achievements. Tianyuan Biotech has established a comprehensive framework covering the entire chain of "Assessment-Intervention-Monitoring," and its leading role in formulating the group standard for immune function assessment has filled a critical gap in the industry. Subsequently, the delegation entered the core laboratories to observe the full R&D process of iPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem Cell) technology up close. Dr. Chen Junjie, Technical Director, stated that relevant achievements have reached internationally leading levels, laying a solid foundation for the clinical application of regenerative medicine.

During the symposium, General Manager Jiao Mingming systematically introduced the company’s development history, core business layout, and future strategic planning. Group CAO Ms. Zhu Youwu reviewed Tianhao Group’s journey from a startup to a diversified conglomerate, emphasizing the original aspiration of "safeguarding life and health through technological innovation." When discussing the corporate vision, Chairman Huang stated with determination: "We aim not only to be technology leaders but also to define industry standards, ensuring that China's biopharmaceutical achievements benefit the world." This sense of mission deeply resonated with the experts present. Mr. Zhang Hao highly affirmed Tianyuan Biotech’s pioneering practices in standard-setting, noting that "standards are the cornerstone of high-quality industrial development," and expressed hope that the company would translate more research findings into promotable industry norms. From the perspective of industrial policy, Director Li encouraged the enterprise to seize the current policy window and accelerate the commercialization of technological achievements. Combining clinical experience, Dr. Jiang offered professional advice on the application prospects of bio-cell technologies in fields such as plastic surgery, expressing expectations for deeper industry-academia-research integration to foster innovative therapies.

The following day, the inspection extended to Tianyuan Biotech’s Ninghai Operations Department. Led by Dr. Liu Guangcheng, Director of the Cell R&D Laboratory, the expert delegation toured the GMP-compliant cell preparation laboratory. The standardized operations throughout the entire process—from sample reception and cell culture to quality testing—demonstrated the company’s ultimate pursuit of the "precision medicine" philosophy.

Subsequently, the leaders and experts visited the Special Medical Purpose Food production workshop of Tianhao Biotech. The intelligent production lines and rigorous quality control systems underscored the enterprise’s capacity for industrial expansion within the broader health sector. At the exchange meeting, Mr. Yao Jincheng, Director of the Testing Laboratory, highlighted key testing projects, stating that the laboratory would continue optimizing detection technologies to provide more reliable data support for health assessments. As the final stop of the itinerary, the delegation visited Ninghai Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Materials Co., Ltd., where General Manager Mr. Wu Shengcheng guided them through an on-site review of the company’s layout and practices across the entire pharmaceutical industry chain.

While this inspection concluded successfully, its impact is far-reaching. The leaders and experts unanimously agreed that Tianyuan Biotech’s demonstrated hard power in scientific research and soft power in standard-setting epitomize the rise of Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises. As Director Li remarked: "We hope Tianyuan Biotech will always uphold its corporate values of 'turning the impossible into possible, the possible into value, and value into universal benefit.' Driven by technological innovation and anchored by social responsibility, may the company bring cutting-edge biomedical technologies to benefit a wider population." Taking this visit as a new starting point, and with the guidance and support of ministry-level experts, Tianyuan Biotech will continue to cultivate the biopharmaceutical sector, contributing greater "Tianyuan Strength" to the standardized and internationalized development of China's comprehensive health industry.
