On the morning of March 26th, the National Health Commission Research Institute, together with the Medical Department of Ningbo University, Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University, Li Huili Hospital of Ningbo Medical Center, Ningbo University Biomedical Innovation Research Institute, and Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., held the "National Health Commission Research Institute Achievement Transformation Pilot Academic Seminar" with the aim of fully discussing and cooperating with the expert team and clinical departments of the National Health Commission Research Institute to provide direction for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

At the meeting, Guo Jier, the leader of the National Health Commission's research institute, closely integrated the transformation of research achievements with the strategic deployment of national new quality productivity, and deeply interpreted the hope of reaching a consensus with Ningbo University to establish a new quality productivity medical innovation center. I also hope to become a future business development direction for the School of Medicine and Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University, as well as the future discipline construction of Chinese universities, such as artificial intelligence, big data, etc. It can be used as a theme for joint cooperation between the New Quality Productivity Medical Innovation Center, and we also hope to establish enterprise innovation in digital medicine and family doctor service ecology based on the existing strength of Ningbo University Affiliated Hospital and various high-precision talents at the national level. In the future, we also hope to establish cooperation with various affiliated hospitals of Ningbo University and the Biomedical Innovation Research Institute to explore how to efficiently promote technological achievements to this application center platform and project, and through this platform and the power of society and enterprises, quickly transform and implement technology and achievements.

At the meeting, Guo Jier Antimony, a leader of the National Health Commission's research institute, and Huang Bisheng, chairman of Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., had in-depth exchanges and interpretations with the attending leaders and experts on the "Transformation of National Health Commission's research institute achievements".

Wang Qianyong, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Medicine at Ningbo University, Chen Changshui, Dean of Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital, Luo Shoujun, Director of the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University, Wei Hangbiao, Li Yi, Gu Shanshan, Director Li Wei, Dean of the School of Medicine at Ningbo University, Wen Jinsheng, Vice Dean of the School of Biomedical Innovation at Ningbo University, and Zhu Yabin, Professor of the School of Medicine at Ningbo University, respectively made special reports and research work reports on technological innovation, safety evaluation, ethical review, clinical promotion, drug and device review, and conducted sufficient discussions to further clarify the specific problems and solutions in the research and development process of scientific and technological achievements.

 

Finally, Zhang Hao, the leader of the Standard Expert Working Group of the National Health Commission Research Institute, made a summary of the conference. He expressed his strong support for the concept of promoting new development in the new era and promoting the joint cooperation between the National Health Commission Research Institute, Ningbo University School of Medicine, Affiliated Hospital, and Biomedical Innovation Research Institute to establish a new quality productivity medical innovation center.

Secondly, taking the Metabolic Immune Monitoring Joint Laboratory of the National Health Commission Research Institute as an example, a model of achievement transformation was introduced. The Metabolic Immune Monitoring Joint Laboratory of the National Health Commission Research Institute is jointly established by the National Health Commission Research Institute and Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It is a defense shield established to maintain national health. The laboratory will take Zhejiang Province as a demonstration point and promote it to various provinces across the country. The first established immune assessment system standard has gradually improved and become a national standard, which has been incorporated into the national medical insurance system and deeply implemented in community medical service institutions. Ultimately achieving the transformation and implementation of results, generating social and economic benefits.

 

This seminar focuses on the development, transformation, and implementation of scientific and technological achievements of the National Health Commission's research institutes, opening up new ideas for the transformation and clinical application of scientific and technological achievements. It provides a closer opportunity for cooperation among the National Health Commission's research institutes, Ningbo University Biomedical Innovation Research Institute, Ningbo University Medical Department and its affiliated clinical departments, and Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
