On the afternoon of September 24, 2025, Huang Bisheng, Chairman of Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and alumnus of Ningbo University, was invited to the Meishan Campus of Ningbo University to deliver an introductory education lecture titled "The Power of Cross-Boundary Integration: From Discipline to Industry, Breaking Boundaries and Reshaping the Future" for faculty and students at the lecture hall of the School of Marine Sciences. Zhang Le, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marine Sciences, and all freshmen of the Class of 2025 gathered to listen to this intellectual feast. The event was hosted by Wang Tengfei, Director of the Student Affairs Office.

      Reflecting on his own pivotal decision to cross into the biomedicine industry, Huang Bisheng candidly shared, "Biomedicine is closely related to people's health, and building a valuable enterprise has always been my dream." Confronting the industry's characteristics of "high investment, long cycles, and strong technical requirements," Huang has led the company through numerous challenges with exceptional strategic vision and tenacity. He deeply recognizes the critical role of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights for corporate survival and development, and has actively promoted in-depth collaboration between Tianyuan Bio and Ningbo University to establish a "research-clinical" translation platform.

      During the interactive session, addressing students' concerns about future core competencies, Huang Bisheng offered advice based on his personal experience, emphasizing the importance of professional knowledge, continuous learning ability, innovative thinking, and team spirit. The lecture fully embodied the progressive spirit of "The future is already here—the only constant is change," inspiring students to courageously ride the waves of the era and contribute to building China into a strong maritime nation.

Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., founded in 2017, is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to cell research, development, production, operation, and services. It boasts valuable resource banks, including an HLA Umbilical Cord Matching Library, iPS Seed Cell Bank, and Cancer Cell Bank. The company is the drafting unit for the National Health Commission's association standard for immune function assessment methods. In collaboration with the National Health Commission's Research Institute, it has established a Joint Laboratory for Metabolic Immunity Monitoring.
